All delivery dates you give us are estimates. However, 99% of our deliveries are made within the announced deadlines. Sometimes deliveries are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we will not be required responsible and will not offer compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.
Depending on certain periods; sales, annual holidays or holidays, please allow two additional days.
We ship our orders to France (and elsewhere in Europe) via the UPS carrier. Outside of this shipping area, deliveries will be provided by the carrier DHL International. Our shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the products in your order. The delivery costs are €5.40 for orders up to €250 and delivery is free from €250.

Pay in 3 x free of charge with Scalapay
Payment via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 installments, at no cost and with no minimum purchase. You receive your package as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly payments.
